1400 JACKSON STREET, SAINT PAUL, MN 55117     //     651-489-8881

Advance Equipment Company has a large fleet of Wolff Tower Cranes available for rent.

As experienced professionals in the industry, we help Contractors develop a Tower Crane logistics plan that works. Our service often begins at the “napkin sketch” stage of a project, and helps shape the building’s plans for ease of constructability.

Our service includes developing a detailed erection and dismantle plan that meets today’s stringent safety requirements. Advance handles almost everything involved with the erection and dismantle of the Tower Crane. This includes trucking, ironworking crews, mobile crane, and Tower Crane technicians. The Contractor is responsible for the concrete base pad, power supply, and providing the Tower Crane Operator.  At the end of the erection process, we will test and certify that the Tower Crane is ready for your use.

Hook Radius up to 279’

Our fleet includes the longest hook reach radius in the nation @ 85M (a 279’ reach). Most of the largest national Tower Crane rental companies can only offer a maximum reach of 80M (262’).

Luffing Boom Cranes

This area’s only Luffing Boom Tower Cranes, perfect for when there are physical obstacles or air rights issues with the neighboring properties that prevent the Tower Crane from turning the standard 360°.

Service Technicians

Tower crane “Up Time” is essential. Our Tower Crane service technicians are well trained in all of the models in our fleet, and are locally based.  We are just a quick phone call away.
